I'd like to know how many Microsoft employees use Windows 8.x as opposed to how many have stayed with versions 7 and older. Many companies and individuals will continue to use Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 before making the leap into the newer Metro-ized desktop systems. But in the short term, Windows 8 is a fail. And maybe it will work out in the long term. I think that Windows 8 was a nice try for Microsoft.
